Frequently Asked Questions
What will my child learn?
Children 6 months and older learn to roll onto their backs to float, rest, and breathe.
As they progress, they’ll practice floating from different positions and build confidence in the water.

Why 10 minutes, 5 days a week?
Consistency builds muscle memory!
Short, focused lessons 5 days a week help children learn faster while keeping them safe and engaged.

How long are lessons?
Each lesson lasts up to 10 minutes with one instructor and one student.
Most children master their skills in about 6 weeks, though progress depends on age, development, and attendance.
How old does my child need to be?
Lessons begin as early as 6 months old for the Rollback To Float sequence.

Will my child cry?
Probably, and that’s okay! It’s new, and they may feel out of their comfort zone.
Crying is communication, not distress, and part of learning self-rescue skills that can save their life.
